The SeaSoul® Rewards Program aims to build a community among SeaSoul® shoppers by rewarding you for your loyalty, engagement and cooperation on our site.

Now get rewarded for every purchase done on SeaSoul® website redirected via your social media handle.

  1. SeaSoul® will select your social media post which has been hash-tagged with any or all of the mentioned hash tag viz #seasoulcosmetics #sspro #seasoul #seasoulspa.
  2. Shortlisted posts will be showcased on the SeaSoul ® website.
  3. Any product purchase which occurs on the SeaSoul® website triggered via your post on our website will enable you to earn 2 reward points for every rupee spent on the purchase.
  4. This will be credited post 4-5 working days after the completion of the purchase.
  5. To ensure that you earn the reward point pls make sure you are registered on the SeaSoul® portal.

For all every 100 Reward Points are equivalent to Rs.1. There are a number of simple ways to earn Reward Points:

  1. Signing up for an account! On creating your SeaSoul® account, 1000 Reward Points will be added to your account automatically!
  2. Shopping! For every 1 rupee that you spend on SeaSoul®, you will receive 1 reward point.
  3. Any product purchase which occurs on the SeaSoul® website triggered via your social media post on our website will enable you to earn 2 reward points for every rupee spent on the purchase.
  4. Writing Reviews! Once your review is approved by our team, 100 Reward Points will be added to your account. The process of approval will typically take anywhere from 4-5 business days.
  5. Asking and Answering Questions! Every time your question or answer to another user’s question is approved, 100 Reward Points will be added to your account.
  6. Referring Friends! Once you refer a friend, you will earn 5000 Reward Points. These points will be added to your account once your friend registers with SeaSoul® and completes their first purchase on seasoulcosmetics.com (See our Refer A Friend section for more information)
  1. Creating an account: As soon as you create your SeaSoul® account, the Reward Points will be added to your account.
  2. Writing Reviews, Asking and Answering Questions: If your review/question/answer is approved by our team, your Reward Points will be added to your account. Please give the team at least 4-5 business days to approve all questions/reviews/answers so that we can guarantee comprehensive and pertinent content on the website.
  3. Orders: Your Reward Points will be credited to your account in four working days after the receipt of an online payment and seven working days after the parcel is delivered to you in case of cash on delivery. In case you return some item(s), Reward Points earned from respective item(s) will be deducted from the total earned.
  4. Referring a Friend: Your Reward Points will be credited to your account in four working days after the receipt of your friend’s online payment and seven working days after the parcel is delivered to your friend. In case they cancel their order, Reward Points earned from this order will be deducted from your account.
  1. Once you click on the “place order” button, you are directed to a page where you can redeem any Reward Points or discount codes.
  2. On this page, you will be shown how many Reward Points you have and their valuation.
  3. You can use some or all of them to pay for your order.
  4. If you do not have enough Reward Points, you can pay the remaining amount using any other form of payment.
  1. You can view your Reward Points on your "My Account" page under the "Reward Points" section
  2. Anybody! The minute you create an account on SeaSoul® you are automatically signed up for the SeaSoul® Rewards Program.
  3. The expiry date of your reward points will be one year from the addition of your latest reward points
  4. The Reward Points you accumulate can only be used through your account. They are not transferrable to your spouse, children or friends.
  5. Your Reward Points can only be redeemed toward store credit on SeaSoul® website. They cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other services.
  6. In the rare instance when a transaction has not been credited to your account, please send a mail to support@seasoulspa.com along with a copy of the order confirmation.
  7. Your account will be credited with the appropriate points within 2 working days of checking your order history.
  8. You can reverse a request for redemption of Reward Points by contacting our Customer Support Team via email (support@seasoulspa.com) within 48 hours of placing the order.

With our ‘Refer A Friend’ program, you can invite friends to join the SeaSoul® community and start earning Reward Points as they shop.

Once you refer a friend, you earn 5000 Reward Points for every friend who registers and completes their first order at SeaSoul® Website. Your friends win too – they get an additional 3000 Reward Points for their first purchase.

You can refer a friend in three quick steps:

  • Step 1: Sign into your account.
  • Step 2: Go to the “My Account” button on the top right hand corner and then click on the “Refer a Friend” tab.
  • Step 3: Manually enter in your friend’s names and email addresses in.
  • Once you hit ‘Send Invite’, an email invite will be sent to your friends!

Once your friend signs up and makes their first successful purchase at SeaSoul® you will be rewarded with 5000 points.

  • However, these points will only be credited into your account upon completion of your friends first order.
  • Your Reward Points will be credited to your account in four working days after the receipt of your friend’s online payment and within seven working days after the parcel is delivered to your friend.
  • When you have clicked on the “place order” button, you are directed to a page where you can redeem any Reward Points or discount codes.
  • On this page, you will be shown how many Reward Points you have and their valuation. You can use some or all of them to pay for your order. If you do not have enough Reward Points, you can pay the remaining amount using any other form of payment.
